Dear Mr. Willard (perhaps, if I may be so bold in the future, I will be able to refer to you in the
informal personal, Brad, or Mr. Brad, even, god willing, President Brad):
For the last several months I have felt a bit at a loss. Nothing serious, just an overall lack of
enthusiasm, dis-interest in my hobbies (I am an avid birder, member of the American Philatelic
Society, and American Idol watcher), but felt blue. I thought it was the weather, but when I came
across your website I realized it was something much, much greater than coping with a long
winter. No, what I came to see, through you that gosh darnit there is no voice for me in this
election. I mean don't get me wrong, I am as multicultural, inclusive, and open-minded as
anyone, but still I like my politicians to have a certain trait, a graying around
the edges, a goofiness when clad in leather, a penchant for holding up large beer bottles from
foreign countries, that is lacking in all three of the remaining contestants in this year's race.
While I despise W., and grew tired of Bill, I could, in some ego-stroking haze, imagine sitting
down to a drink with either of them, but this time around, I had no one to look to as a buddy, you,
Mr. Willard, appear to be such a man, and I am now a firm supporter of your campaign (albeit
with limits, no contributions will be forthcoming). Best of luck, sir, and god bless the united

Sehr beeindruckend.
Du unterschlägst allerdings ein Gebiet auf dem du sehr bewandert bist: Außenpolitik
Für die Völkerverständigung gibt es keinen Qualifizierteren.
Nur du hast dafür gesorgt, dass allein in D'Dorf das Meinungsbild über die USA in unfassbare
Höhen gestiegen ist.

Ich gehe zwar fest davon aus, dass Du Präsident wirst (ansonsten verliere ich den Glauben an
Amerika endgültig!), aber falss dann doch nicht - dann könntest Du doch hier drüben bei uns
was reißen. Ich wohne ja seit einiger Zeit in Hamburg und wir suchen noch einen zugekoksten
Alkoholiker, der behauptet, Jura studiert zu haben und hier endlich mal aufzuräumen, so im
Sarkozy-Style, von wegen "scum on the streets" usw. Wäre das nicht was? Das hier wäre dann
